Web-Based Discussion Boards and Leadership Resources
DESC will provide facilitated leadership discussions on our web site for clients involved in one or more of the Nonprofit Leadership Institute’s services. These discussions will allow nonprofit leaders to share ideas, concerns, and leadership strategies. A successful DESC leadership volunteer will be the web “weaver” and they will select topics, facilitate the discussion, maintain focus and post leadership resources.
Objectives:
1. Provide a 24 hours/7 day per week opportunity to interact with other nonprofit leaders to gain knowledge
2. Provide peer support for leaders to implement new leadership strategies
This service is currently under development and will be available in September of 2009.
