As you move toward implementation of a strategic restructuring, we will ensure that all involved nonprofit parties have access to high-quality pro bono business lawyers to represent their interests during due diligence, negotiation, and drafting and executing legal documents. Attorneys will be brought in once you and your Strategic Alliance partner have decided to pursue a strategic restructuring after the initial analysis.

  • Preparation of documents necessary for different forms of strategic mergers and alliances, such as:

    • Memorandum of understanding
    • Contracts
    • Corporate formation
    • Dissolution assistance
  • Negotiation of key terms and conditions with the other parties

  • Execution of the legal documents
