To help you understand the strengths and weaknesses of your organization, through SMART, DESC offers an in-depth analysis of your organization. This analysis is conducted at your site with the Executive Director and Board Chair and will determine your organization's capacity for a strategic alliance and assistance needed to achieve an effective alliance.
Your in-depth analysis will include a written report containing the following elements:

A summary of your organization, including structure, programs and financial status.

A summary of the organization's understanding and motivation of a Strategic Alliance, its board's commitment to the process, the elements being brought to and needed for a Strategic Alliance and the current type of Strategic Alliance under consideration and planning stage.

A recommendation of the organization's capacity for a Strategic Alliance and what is needed to move forward.

Recommendations for SMART involvement with process.
