Management Improvement: To improve organizational operations of nonprofit and educational organizations through individualized services to meet the specific needs of each organization.
Organizational Assessment - $750 provides one organization with an in-depth review of their strengths and challenges in eleven areas of operations.The organization receives a written assessment with recommendations for change.
Strategic Planning - $2,000 provides one organization with a consultant to facilitate the strategic planning process from start to finish. The client organization will have a written plan with mission, vision, objectives and action steps.
Board Development - $2,500 provides consultants to help a nonprofit board of directors with understanding their roles and responsibilities in fulfilling the organization's mission. The consultants provide strategies and techniques like building a board, increasing the level of board function and self renewing of board membership.
Leadership Development: To increase the leadership knowledge and skills of current and emerging nonprofit leaders and schools principals.
Leaders Circle - $500 supports one nonprofit leader to attend a six session leadership development training program.
Executive Coaching - $ 750 provides an executive mentor to a nonprofit leader who desires to improve their leadership and management knowledge and skills.
Financial Management: To improve the financial management practices of nonprofits and K-12 schools.
Board Financial Management Oversight Training - $200 supports a 90 minutes on-site training to a board of directors that need to improve their oversight responsibilities.
Polices and Procedures - $ 400 supports one nonprofit attending a Polices and Procedures workshop with all the written financial management materials needed to draft specific policies and procedures for their organization. A consultant assists them in modifying and implemented the procedures as needed.
Bookkeepers Bootcamp - $500 supports the attendance of one nonprofit staff member at a 4-day training program to learn basic nonprofit bookkeeping skills.
Building Strategic Alliances: To support nonprofits to form effective alliances.
Strategic Alliance Analysis - $1,000 provides one nonprofit with an in-depth strategic alliance analysis determining an organization's capacity for a strategic alliance and providing the assistance needed to achieve an effective alliance.
Strategic Alliance Consultant - $3,000 provides a consultant to facilitate the strategic alliance process for a nonprofit organization.
