The Detroit Executive Service Corps (DESC) is a local nonprofit volunteer management corporation serving the Detroit metropolitan community.

DESC is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the communities we serve by providing high-quality, affordable consulting services and mentors to nonprofit and educational leaders.

In doing so, nonprofits address critical organizational and leadership development issues.

DESC is also committed to improving the graduation rate of Detroit Public Schools students by providing unique educational opportunities through volunteer business executive dialoguing programs.
